I found this gem when wandering through ARK Richfield MN yesterday. Normally I don't just buy furniture, and although I love rocking chairs I wasn't in the market for one. However as I rounded the corner to the furniture section this called out to me - I mean it yelled "Take me home with you!" So I did. It's not an antique as the hardware and wood glue used to put it together attest to. There is no makers marks on it at all. What I do know it it has a very comfortable "big butt" seat and is low enough to the ground that my feet sit flat on the floor.
Does anyone have any idea who might have made this?
