This is incredible!!! How is it legal for a company to steal money from your checking account without any permission from you???? Just checked my account and found a $12 charge. I googled the 1-800 # and found this site as well, after reading maybe 2 post I was steaming. I called the number only to find out they have been taking the money now for 9 months (I know shame on me). One would think that making a "secure transaction" through ticketmaster they would not have to worry about scams such as this....BOY was I wrong. I called the company and they were sure quick to give me a 4 month refund but told me I would have to fill out a form for the remaining 5 months. I sure didn't have to fill out a form for the first 9 months they took the money from me. I will not be doing any business with ticketmaster any more. At least not through their website (and will only call if my daughter is crying and hanging on my leg with the most pitiful eyes I have ever seen).
Don't give up if you have been charged by this scamming company. Fill out the form and get all your money back and definitely file with the BBB to lodge a complaint. We all have to stick together. Guess I should have listened to my Grandmother when she told me to be careful with the internet...the Devil hangs out there..
